UW Bothell is a student-centered campus with 6,000 students, more than 350 faculty, five schools, more than 50 undergraduate and master's degree programs, and direct access to the big-school resources of the tri-campus University of Washington. 

Just a mile from downtown Bothell, the campus is a convenient communte from Seattle and Bellevue to the south and from Everett to the north. In the heart of the Washington's tech corridor, the campus is also home to a wetlands preserve that students and faculty use as a living laboratory.

    • Early Action applications submitted and completed by November 15th will receive a non-binding admission decision in January
  • January 15  –  Application closes
  • January 15  – FAFSA/WAFSA deadline

  • Coalition Essay (Personal Statement)
  • $60 application fee (or fee waiver)
  • Scores from the SAT or ACT are no longer required. However, you may submit them if you’d like but there is absolutely no advantage or disadvantage in doing so.
 
International First Year Applicants:

  • $75 USD application fee (or fee waiver)
  • Scores from TOEFL or IELTS, Duolingo, English 3, or iTEP (no preference), sent directly from the testing agency. Learn more about the minimum test score requirements for English proficiency.
  • Scores from the SAT or ACT are no longer required. However, you may submit them if you’d like but there is absolutely no advantage or disadvantage in doing so.

In 2019-20, 63% of undergraduate students and 68% of graduate students graduated from UW Bothell debt-free.  

The Husky Promise guarantees full tuition and standard fees will be covered by grant or scholarship support for Washington residents who are Pell Grant eligible.
